Overview
We follow a No Refund policy. However, we offer exchanges for size issues or defective products to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached
- No signs of wear or damage
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please provide clear photographs showing the defect. This helps us verify the issue and process your exchange request promptly.
Exchange Fee
An exchange fee of ₹250 applies to cover pickup and reshipment logistics.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Limited edition products (may have different terms)
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please send an email to care@khojclothing.com with the following information:
- Your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
- Product name and size you wish to exchange
- Desired exchange size
- Reason for exchange (size issue or defect)
- Photographs (required for defective items)
Processing Time
Once we receive your exchange request and verify eligibility, we will arrange for pickup and ship the replacement item. The entire process typically takes 7–10 business days.
